Amuse bouche: the fast is broken with a date and a walnut
Appetizer: yogurtlu yarma corbasi, a surprising yoghurt soup with different grains
Turkish Ramadan table main course: islim kebabi, vegetarian kofte of green lentils wrapped in roasted eggplant with a spicy tomato sauce. Served with traditional bulgur pilav with roasted peppers.
Side dishes: Ramadan pide from the stone oven, with egg and sesame. Freshly baked bazlama bread and 3 dips of different vegetables.
Dessert: Asure, a dish you make only if you are going to distribute it to friends and family. Grain and chickpea-based pudding, flavoured with dried fruit and topped with walnuts and pomegranate seeds
Tickets are 30 euros per person (excl drinks). Walk-in from 20:00, and dinner starts at 20:30.
There will be a space for you to pray in private. We will provide you with praying mats
