We are creating a beautiful outdoor yoga experience to provide a much-needed, perfect start to your day with this time Slow vinyasa flow with elements of hatha yoga

Our vision is to introduce a ritual that focuses on a wellness experience involving mindfulness, food and people.

The routine starts with calming meditation, a mindful yoga practice, followed by a delicious and nutritious breakfast.

In the morning, enjoy our Wakey Wakey breakfast including fresh orange juice, coffee or tea of your choice and the choice between a yoghurt bowl, poached egg served on sourdough bread or pancakes with fresh fruit. You pay for this and the yoga 15.50 afterwards.

We have yoga mats and blocks, but you can always bring your own equipment if you need something else.

Please note that it takes place outside, which means we advise you to dress warmly. With rain, the yoga is indoors.
