The perfect way to kickstart your day with a much-needed dose of wellness.

 

 

A beautiful yoga experience to deliver a much-needed, perfect start of your day.

Our vision is to introduce a ritual focusing on a wellness experience involving mindfulness, food and people.

 

What does this session look like?

This class is all about waking up the body. We will start with a short pranayama (breathwork) and slowly build up the session with sun salutations, followed by balancing and calming asanas (poses).  This class will leave you calm yet energetic ready to start your Sunday after a delicious and nutritious breakfast that we will eat together. 🙂

Enjoy our Wakey Wakey breakfast including fresh orange juice, coffee or tea of choice and the choice between a yoghurt bowl, poached egg served on sourdough bread or pancakes with fresh fruit.

The price is €15,50, including the Wakey Wakey breakfast & yoga.

This yoga will be a Slow vinyasa flow session. Your teacher is Yoga with Fleur.

 

Fleur’s story and slow vinyasa flow

As a born and raised “Amsterdammer”, my yoga journey started back in 2018 by taking 10 yoga classes in one month at Delight Yoga, I was hooked right away.

Two years later I travelled to Bali to do my first 200 hour Hatha based yoga teacher training to deepen my practice and to learn more about yoga philosophy. A longside my fulltime corporate job I started my own yoga ‘business’ back in 2022 which is named after my well-known nickname Fleur (it’s a long story:). I teach weekly classes as Yoga with Fleur at Corendon Schiphol Hotel in Badhoevedorp.

I also completed a Yin yoga teacher training last year on the beautiful island of Mallorca. Yoga means unity and community means connection, it just feels right for me to take this next step to give back to the community. Yoga is not only about stretching our bodies but also about stretching our minds.

By teaching at The Villy I want to create a safe space where you can get out of your comfort zone and meet like-minded people, a space where you can learn from each other, inspire and support each other. A space where the power of yoga meets the power of community.

Time Schedule

09:15 – Gather at The Villy & Inform us with your choice of breakfast

9:30 – Start of the yoga

10:30 – End of yoga

10:45 – Breakfast time

Additional information

  • Our yoga session will take place at our neighbours Maqam, but we will gather ourselves in The Villy and guide you to the location.
  • We have yoga mats and blocks, but you can always bring your own equipment if you need anything else.
